  • Retrieve files and import them into database
  • Perform investigation on identified transactions
  • Enter Journal entries
  • Communicate with external issuers and internal partners on various issues


Operations Associate, TERM Deposits – Mandatory Skills

  • 2+ years or more of financial industry experience, prefer with understanding of term deposit
  • Advanced Excel, such as lookup
  • Outlook
  • Word
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • time management


Operations Associate, TERM Deposits – Preferred Skills

  • Power Query experience
