Position Overview
We are looking for an upbeat, bubbly and outgoing Holiday Support Elf, who will be setting an example with our team of Santa’s Helpers, demonstrating our values throughout the holiday season! As a Lead you will CAPTURE MOMENTS with Santa while interacting with children and families on set. In this role, creativity and a child-centered mindset are a must as you may have to answer unexpected questions with magical and believable responses!

Our Support Elves Will Also
- Greet families with a warm, Elf-like welcome and guide them through the Santa Set experience
- Perform opening and closing duties at assigned location
- Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by senior management
- Take high-quality photos of families and children with Santa, ensuring everyone looks merry and bright
- Photography experience not required
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
- Always remain in character, wearing supplied costume, while on location and within public view
- Assist in maintaining the magic by helping with crowd control, ensuring everyone gets their chance to meet Santa
- Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
- Assist with Elf setup duties, including preparing cameras and props to enhance the holiday experience
- Help with printing and processing photos while maintaining a joyful attitude
- Operate POS system and photography equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed
- Keep the set looking festive and clean, always maintaining the holiday spirit
- All other tasks as assigned
- Must love the holidays and be ready to spread joy—like a true Elf!
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who can work independently
- Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
- Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
- Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
- Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
- Photography experience is a plus, but a cheerful attitude and love for the holidays are even more important
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for long periods while maintaining a festive demeanor
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds
- Dress Code: Be ready to don your Elf uniform and keep it professional and fun!
