Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Key Account Manager on a temporary 18-month basis on our Ag Solutions team. This position is a remote opportunity and is based in the greater Saskatoon, SK.

What you’ll do:
- Represent the Ag Solutions vision and brand as a holistic entity, foster and enable two-way communication, and lead with a customer-centric (both local Co-op and farm customer) approach in all business interactions
- Develop and maintain strong, and trusted advisory relationships with key retail influencers (GM’s/CEO’s); bring both quantitative and qualitative value to the CRS by understanding their needs.
- Ensure operational KPIs are identified and included in the business plan; measure, track, and report on KPIs; apply continuous improvement logic to operational KPIs.
- Coach local teams on Ag Solutions sales through understanding how to leverage differentiated offers, exclusive brands, and operational campaigns with accompanying tools and resources.
Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will work closely with General Managers, Operations Managers, Division Managers, Agro Managers and Agronomists and will report into the Senior Manager, Key Accounts. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, expertise, and results.

Our Agro team helps to feed and grow Western Canadian communities by sourcing and distributing products and services to local Co-ops in the feed, crop supplies and fertilizer business.
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:
Have 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in sales, including 3 + years in the agriculture industry, preference in Ag Equipment.
Have a bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
