Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of various events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of events, both in-person and virtual.
• Help with event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Manage attendee registration and provide on-site support during events.
• Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Maintain detailed event documentation and reports for analysis.
• Assist with marketing efforts to promote events through various channels.
