Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Retail Operations Advisor, Lubricants on a temporary 1-year basis on our Lubricant and Energy Products team. This is a hybrid job opportunity based in Regina or Saskatoon, SK and surrounding communities with approximately 75% annual travel required.
Are you a people person with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for someone with these traits along with knowledge and experience in the lubricant industry to provide guidance to local Co-ops on their lubricant sales and operations.
What you’ll do:
- Form strong relationships with the local Co-ops in your assigned region to provide guidance and assistance with customer contact, pricing strategies, marketing plans, operational efficiencies, training for their lubricant business and environmental responsibilities and database support.
- Join local Co-op team members and leaders for lubricant sales conversations with existing and potential customers to provide expertise and guidance on our lubricant products.
- Provide insight on monthly sales reports, market trends, pricing, opportunities, challenges, and market intelligence that may impact local Co-ops’ lubricant sales.
- Identify opportunities to increase lubricant sales at local Co-ops through the various lubricant programs and provide guidance to local Co-ops on how to capitalize on these opportunities.
Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will be part of a team of 3 lubricant advisors working toward a common goal of providing exceptional support, guidance and customer service to local Co-ops. To help achieve those goals and create a positive employee experience, this team strives to cultivate a culture of support, flexibility, and collaboration.
The Customers: You will support local Co-ops in Northern, Southern, and Western Saskatchewan and Southern Alberta. This will require approximately 75% travel, with approximately half being day trips. Most travel is planned in advance but can be short notice in special circumstances.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in operations, sales, and marketing and:
- Have 6+ years of experience related to sales, marketing, and/or business development. Experience in the lubricant industry is strongly preferred.
- Ideally, have some form of post-secondary education in business or related field. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- Can travel approximately 75% of the time and have flexibility in your work hours.
