Contributes to the overall success of the Event Driven Architecture and Real time events platform globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.


Platform Engineering team is responsible for design, engineer, implement, and provide ongoing support of the production services, applications and platform components that comprise our backend platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your technical skills in systems management, software development and devops to provide best-practices guidance and drive the engineering team’s efforts to successful implementation of the product roadmap.



Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Leading the engineering team towards achieving platform strategic objectives.
  • Establishing project (application) objectives and milestones.
  • Creating overall project and support plans (proficient using Microsoft office products including MS Project).
  • Managing project resources and assigning tasks as well as monitoring efforts and results against plan.
  • Preparing project status reports, dashboards etc.
  • Risk planning and management, escalating appropriately cost, quality, time and scope issues and risks.
  • Vendor management.

  • Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical guidelines for development
  • Lead start-up initiatives and managing diverse initiatives by providing guidance to development teams around intricacies and complexities of zero-based
  • development.
  • Dig into the business requirements as well as drilling into architecture with development teams and then drive the initiative’s development process.
  • Collaborate with multiple technical teams to understand interdependencies, commonality and variability of the solutions under development and then help the
  • teams deliver a platform made of reusable and configurable capabilities.
