As a Mortgage Agent you will receive leads from a variety of company partners using a modern loan origination platform that minimizes document management. Then you'll assist Canadians with getting the best mortgage solutions selected from dozens of lenders. You'll find the best loan solutions for those borrowers based on their unique goals.

The position is also eligible for uncapped incentive pay based on individual performance and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and paid-time off. Helpful Experience Includes
- 5 years of sales experience, or
- Ontario Mortgage Agent license or equivalent
- Understanding of mortgage origination processes
- Recent graduate from an accredited business program

- Consult with clients about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals
- Own and build a business with the support of our team
- Maintain relationships with targeted lenders
- Focus on originating a mortgage, completing an application and ensuring a client qualifies for a program from a specific lender
- Participate in comprehensive initial and ongoing trainings
