Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and articulate management, scientific, and business problem statements.
- Define and document project objectives, budgetary requirements, and team composition.
- Oversee the project throughout its development, implementation, and operational phases, ensuring resource allocation from all service areas.
- Provide ongoing progress reports to project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Assess proposed computer systems for their technical feasibility, functional suitability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with program managers and key officials to identify and address issues.
- Prepare analytical plans, charts, tables, and diagrams to facilitate problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies.
- Capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of mathematics and management sciences.
- Proven experience in project management.
