The Head of Strategic Sourcing will implement a strategic approach to sourcing, focused on factors such as long-term cost savings, risk management, supply resilience, and supplier innovation. You will lead efforts to continually enhance our sourcing strategy, ensuring it remains aligned with our organisational goals and the evolving market landscape. Develop strategies to manage and mitigate risk across the supply chain, with an emphasis on supplier diversification and sustainability goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, operations, legal, and other departments to integrate strategic sourcing efforts into overall business objectives. Drive alignment and consensus across teams to promote a unified approach to sourcing that maximises cross-departmental impact and operational efficiencies.
