About you and the role

As the Performance Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to generate demand and build a high-quality pipeline that translates into revenue growth. You will own, design, and execute full-funnel Account Based Marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, with a relentless focus on driving qualified leads and maximizing conversion rates.

This role blends creative marketing with data-driven decision-making, ensuring campaigns align with our broader revenue objectives. You'll collaborate closely with RevOps, Sales, and Product teams to implement systems and processes that allow for seamless execution, real-time adjustments, and scalability. Your efforts will be pivotal in accelerating our revenue growth and ensuring the marketing team is consistently meeting lead generation goals.

What you'll do

  • Build, manage, and optimize high-impact Account-Based Marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, display, social, programmatic, email, and offline efforts.
  • Be a key contributor to pipeline generation—ensuring campaigns are designed to drive qualified pipeline and meet revenue targets.
  • Develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns that engage target audiences throughout the buyer's journey, ensuring consistency and alignment with sales objectives.
  • Manage your piece of the marketing budget to maximize ROI, while exploring opportunities for testing new channels, creative formats, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to streamline campaign execution, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth data integration between marketing automation platforms and Salesforce for accurate pipeline tracking.
  • Operationalize tools like Clay and Keyplay to support dynamic list-building, job change tracking, and real-time account personalization for marketing and sales outreach.
  • Ensure all processes, from lead flow to reporting, are optimized and scalable, working with RevOps to build the infrastructure needed to support growth.

You're a great candidate if you have...

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing, with proven success managing B2B SaaS campaigns at scale.
  • Dedicated experience running Mid-Market and Enterprise ABM programs is a big plus.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns with $1M+ annual budgets, particularly in paid media channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform campaign strategy, decision-making, and continuous improvements.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (we use HubSpot) and CRM platforms (we use Salesforce) for tracking and optimizing lead flow.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader revenue goals.
  • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and scale demand generation efforts to meet aggressive revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CAC, CPL, MQLs, Payback, and other key KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present campaign performance and strategy recommendations to senior leadership.
