This role will focus specifically on technology-enabled projects as you lead project teams and collaborate with other internal Deloitte functions and business leaders to tackle key issues spanning areas such as Talent Management, Skills-Based Organization, Employee Listening and Engagement, and the impact of GenAI on the workforce. This involves identifying current state challenges, defining functional requirements, designing and facilitating workshops to co-create digital strategies, redesigning processes and ultimately shaping talent programs that align with Deloitte’s strategic goals and the needs of our people.

    About The Team

The People Transformation team is part of our internal Culture and People organization and operates like an internal Consulting team, delivering strategic projects with Deloitte itself as our client. Our work serves to enhance the effectiveness of Deloitte’s Human Resources organization and elevate the employee experience across the firm. We scope strategic projects, leverage Deloitte tools and methodologies to define novel approaches and collaborate with other teams across the organization for effective delivery that achieves outcomes important to our firm and our people. If you’re passionate about keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest Human Capital trends and using cutting edge people tech to build a future-ready organization that maximizes human potential, this is the team for you!

This includes staying on top of HR technology trends and leveraging AI-driven talent solutions, advanced data analytics, and employee experience tools to enhance workforce management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
    • Human-Centered Design and Technology Selection: utilize design thinking to define user-driven requirements, evaluating and selecting technology solutions that align with program goals and drive optimal outcomes.
    • Technology Integration and Architecture: support the integration of new digital tools into complex HR technology ecosystems, working with IT teams to ensuring seamless data flow and an integrated user experience across platforms.
    • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: apply advanced problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues, synthesizing information, and deliver strategic, actionable solutions that balance immediate needs with long-term business objectives.
    • Process Optimization and Design: lead the creation and optimization of business processes to enhance operational efficiency, aligning both technological and human factors for better outcomes.
    • Executive Summarization and Storytelling: craft executive-level summaries for senior leadership, simplifying complex information into clear, actionable insights.
    • Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring: lead teams with clear communication and professionalism, providing coaching and mentorship to develop team members and fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Collaboration and Systems Thinking: drive cross-functional collaboration, identifying connection points across projects, proactively identifying risks and root causes, and leading collaboration across diverse HR functions (e.g., Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning) and internal support teams (e.g., ITS, Procurement, Legal), building strong relationships and managing expectations to deliver strategic value.
