We are looking for a dedicated Assistant General Manager - General Manager in Training who is excited to take the next step in their career. As an Assistant General Manager, you will:

As an Assistant General Manager, you will:
- Support the General Manager with the profitability of the store.
- Utilize Earls’ selection, development and recognition programs to create an engaging leader and partner experience.
- Own all front of house routines, systems and procedures to ensure consistency and profitability.
- Improve results by developing action plans with the leadership team.
- Achieve flawless operations by developing and executing an annual business plan with the General Manager.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- A passion for service and a strong desire to pursue a career in hospitality
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guest
- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
- The ability to legally work in Canada
