TES is looking to hire a Temporary Payroll/Billing Associate (maternity leave coverage) to join our finance team at Yonge and Eglinton in Toronto. Currently this position is remote but may move to a hybrid model in the future.

- Responsible for a full cycle of weekly and bi-weekly payroll and billing for 300+
- Processing of timesheet and invoices
- Various other accounting duties
- Interacting with internal and external clients
- Minimum five (5) years payroll experience
- Experience with an in-house payroll system and/or ADP
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
- Experience in the staffing industry an asset
- Salary commensurate with experience
