We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our Data & AI division to drive transformative digital projects for our clients. In this role, you will harness your extensive background in data engineering, management, and analytics to deliver high-value solutions across retail, energy, and technology sectors. You will act as both a leader and mentor within project teams, fostering innovation and promoting best practices in data strategy and implementation. Experience on the Microsoft cloud data platform (including Power BI and Fabric) is highly desired.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our Data & AI division to drive transformative digital projects for our clients. You will act as both a leader and mentor within project teams, fostering innovation and promoting best practices in data strategy and implementation. Experience on the Microsoft cloud data platform (including Power BI and Fabric) is highly desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of complex data solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, and delivery processes utilizing both ETL and ELT methodologies.
- Develop comprehensive data models and architect data repositories such as data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouses to support enterprise-level analytics.
- Offer strategic consulting to clients, including planning, road-mapping, and delivering thought leadership to drive innovation in data management and analytics.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development while ensuring adherence to best practices in data strategy, data governance and data platform implementation and business analytics.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in data engineering, data management, and analytics, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in information and computer science or a related field, complemented by multiple data-related certifications, ideally on Microsoft technologies.
- Over a decade of experience in data solution roles, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior staff and leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes project environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively articulating complex data concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, manage project deliverables, and ensure the technical robustness and financial efficiency of data solutions.
