We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician/Mechanic to join our Distribution business in Fort McMurray, AB.

We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician/Mechanic to join our Distribution business in Fort McMurray, AB.
You Will Make An Impact In The Following Ways
- Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop and or at the customer's site.
- Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools
- Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles
- Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
- Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products
- Maintain own tools
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Education, Licenses, Certifications: Heavy duty Red seal certification- OFF road.
- Basic level field service work experience
- Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with power generation or engine products.
- Mining experience open pit.
- Working on Komatsu’s products.
- High Voltage/ Low Voltage experience (optional)
- Customer service experience
- Completes complex internal engine repairs
- Performs engine overhauls with limited direct supervision
- Safety Sensitive Position
- 14 shifts on, 14 shifts off
- Day and night shifts will be required
- Primarily staged out of Suncor Base Mine.
- Random drug and alcohol testing on site.
- Service vehicle and tooling are provided
