We are working with a respected full-service law firm in Yellowknife that is seeking an Employment Associate to support their busy practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in employment and labour law, though the firm is also open to candidates with a strong interest in transitioning into this area. While they prefer someone who can hit the ground running, the firm offers ample mentorship and support to help the right candidate develop and succeed in this practice area.

The firm’s lawyers have been involved in numerous landmark cases across all levels of the Canadian judicial system, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Many of their cases have significantly shaped the legal landscape in which businesses operate today, making this an exceptional opportunity to join a team at the forefront of employment law.
