North Central Co-op is hiring for a Front-End Supervisor to join our Food Division team at our Station Square Food Store located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Open availability is required.

What you’ll do:
The Front-End Supervisor is responsible for overseeing service levels within the Food Store, including adherence to asset protection, safe working conditions, Co-op brand/image standards, and product regulatory requirements.
- Ensures prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service is provided at all times.
- Investigates escalated issues and ensures all customer complaints, adjustments, and returns are handled in a quick and efficient manner.
- Oversee the front-end merchandising areas, opening and closing out of registers, and reconciling tills following established procedures.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- Post-secondary education in related field or equivalent experience is an asset
- You have Minimum 1 year of experience in retail and/or customer service, with supervisory and grocery experience preferred
- You have strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
