Position Overview
As a Tax and Member Services Advisors, you will take the time to understand our Member’s financial situation and provide tailored tax strategies that minimize taxes in both the short and long term. In addition, you will introduce them to our full range of services, including bookkeeping, legal assistance, payroll, and access to financial and estate planning professionals. This includes support in areas such as estate planning, retirement planning, and cash flow management, as their needs arise.

Key Responsibilities
As a Tax and Member Services Advisor, you will
- Provide exceptional tax and accounting advice to FBC members.
- Foster strong relationships with FBC members and secure member referrals.
- Recognize member needs and connect them with our other domain experts within the company and network.
- Participate in community events.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with a tax preparation or accounting firm.
- Proficiency in tax preparation & accounting software, preferably with Taxprep and Xero. iFirm knowledge would be desirable.
- Experience preparing tax returns for farms, small businesses, and corporations.
- Superior client service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
