The bigger picture

We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic leader to come on board as a Team Leader, Dealer Finance. As Team Leader, you will be supporting a team of Dealer Finance experts as they build trusting business relationships and decision credit and lease applications. You strike a balance of being responsible with risk management while being bold to proactively strengthen relationships.

How You’ll Be Spending Your Time

  • Recruiting, developing, coaching, empowering and leading a team of Dealer Finance Account Managers to achieve individual and company goals
  • Proactively developing and maintaining business relationships with dealerships and with partner affiliated credit unions and empowering your team to do the same
  • Adjudicating and decisioning credit and lease applications in alignment with policies and procedures

The Experience You Bring

  • 5 years’ lending experience including 2 years Dealer Finance experience or advanced lending experience
  • 1 year leadership exposure in a formal or informal capacity
  • Experience in negotiation skills

Salary range

$75,630 - $94,540 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
