Responsibilities
- Emphasis on sales and delivering exceptional customer service
- Develop sales opportunities through various methods, including customer inquiries over the phone, walk-ins, emails.
- Manage sales processes from initial inquiries to final confirmations, payment, and follow-ups
- Provide support to the Technical Sales team
- Perform office administration tasks related to sales and vendor communications
- Gain and maintain product knowledge of all items sold by the company
- Handle shipping and receiving responsibilities
- Manage purchasing, inventory control, and maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Experience in one or more related industries, such as manufacturing or distribution
- Willingness to learn and develop extensive product and industry knowledge
- Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma, with a preference for post-secondary education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English for effective verbal and written communication
