We’re looking for a customer relations specialist to solve problems, and win back and retain the most demanding customers in our global network (Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific). You'll be working closely with the dealer network, customers and your customer service colleagues.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To
- Find, negotiate and propose creative solutions to complex customer problems through discussions and written communications.
- Identify and escalate customer dissatisfaction to improve operational processes.
- Find the right balance between the needs of the company and those of its customers, using best practices in customer experience.
- Establish relationships with other company functions and departments to mobilize the right resources at the right time to optimize problem resolution.
- Experience in customer service or customer relations required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourcefulness and flexibility.
- Good judgement, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- The ability to follow up and organize work personally.
- The ability to communicate with internal stakeholders located outside of Quebec or in English on a daily basis. A third language would be an asset.
