On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a BA-Maximo for a 12 month contract in Calgary or Edmonton AB - Hybrid - mandatory 3 days onsite.

BA Maximo Responsibilities
- Understand technology needs and objectives to work with SMEs and business users in identifying, documenting, and prioritizing requirements.
- Work with business to identify, understand and document the current state project structure and business processes for automation, and improvement.
- Compile documentation to capture business and technical requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders and 3rd party experts to understand, assess, document and design the future state business processes and project solution.
- Understand and validate the proposed technical solution against business requirements.
- Define and document business use cases.
- Support business testing of projects solution (e.g. test scripts, user acceptance testing).
- Ability to elicit and refine functional and technical system requirements from business stakeholder engagements.
- Strong ability in process design and mapping.
- Strong group facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of database functionality and data management practices
- Project experience in one or more of the following work and asset management solutions:
- IBM Maximo (MAS)
- Oracle systems
- Field Service
- Customer Cloud Service
- Integration Cloud
- GIS/Esri / Utility Network
- System integration practices and methods
BA Maximo Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Atlassian's Jira software Understanding and proven record working with a Utility Network.
- Experience in the Utility Infrastructure Industry.
- Experience in a regulated environment (i.e. Utility).
