The Role:

We are looking for our next Industrial Electrician within our Maintenance Electrical Team. The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for installing, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting and servicing all types of industrial electrical equipment vital to the operation of the plant.

This position is located in Portage la Prairie, MB

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Planned Preventative and Predictive Maintenance and keep maintenance records.
• Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations.
• Ensure proper performance and operation of machinery and equipment for production.
• Complete maintenance shift reports.
• Review written documents such as work orders and equipment-specific manufacturer’s publications to perform repairs.
  
  

What You’ll Need:

Education:

• Journeyperson Electrical License, MB Electrician license
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment
  
  

Expected Hours of Work

• This is a full-time position. This role is 12 hour shifts – (2 Days, 2 Night, 4 Off)
