What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Implement and manage technology solutions for clients, ensuring successful product utilization
• Lead clients through the implementation process, providing training and support
• Conduct business analysis, including gap analysis and requirements elicitation, to understand client needs
• Configure applications based on clients' business processes and best practices
• Oversee user acceptance testing and change management to ensure client satisfaction
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
• Experience working with both business and IT groups
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within North America
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to client interactions
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in system configuration
• Knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with Customer Information System (CIS) processes and functionality
• Experience in software implementation within the utility industry
• Strong influencing and coaching skills
