JOB PURPOSE
The Telecommunications Clerk is responsible for operating the switchboard and public address system as well as performing clerical duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School graduation or equivalent.
- Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
- Ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Good work record.
Demonstrated proficiency verified by testing in:
- Data Entry 4000 KSPH
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Telecommunications Clerk is responsible for:
- Providing answering and messaging services
- Providing reception services and responding to inquiries
- Monitoring and responding to emergency codes
- Performing clerical duties
