Job Overview:

We’re seeking a tech-savvy, innovative Director of Demand Generation who is proficient in the latest AI tools and digital marketing techniques. This individual will play a key role in scaling our inbound marketing efforts, driving qualified lead generation, and improving overall marketing efficiency. Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven demand generation strategies to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads. Emphasize AI-driven tools and techniques to enhance campaign performance.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the creation of multi-channel campaigns (including digital, content, social media, and email) to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate inbound interest.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Implement AI-powered lead scoring and nurturing models to ensure leads are high quality and ready for handoff to sales.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Use AI tools and advanced analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness, optimize lead conversion rates, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to align demand generation efforts with target markets and refine lead qualification processes.
  • AI & Automation: Integrate AI tools to automate marketing processes, enhancing efficiency and allowing the team to focus on high-impact tasks.
  • Performance Reporting: Define KPIs for demand generation, track performance, and provide regular updates to the executive team, demonstrating clear ROI and value from campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage demand generation budgets effectively, ensuring all campaigns are optimized for cost-efficiency and impact.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven industry.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in AI marketing tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, data analysis, and inbound marketing strategies.
    • Ability to leverage AI-driven insights and tools to optimize campaign performance and team productivity.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Mindset: Creative, analytical, and forward-thinking, with a passion for utilizing technology to solve complex marketing challenges.
