Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for designing and deploying performance-based marketing strategies aimed at building deep relationships with our audiences and generating lasting loyalty, with the ultimate goal of increasing our tenants’ traffic and sales. Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you will ensure the evolution and consistency of our brand while optimizing every touch point to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your strategic vision and expertise in performance marketing, brand management, events, creativity and communications will help make Carbonleo a leader in experiential real estate.

Your strategic vision and expertise in performance marketing, brand management, events, creativity and communications will help make Carbonleo a leader in experiential real estate.
Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing: Design and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to achieve measurable objectives (KPIs) and ensure optimal ROI. Drive digital, partnership and content marketing campaigns to maximize audience reach and engagement.
- Event Management, Brand Partnerships and On-site Activations: Develop and coordinate online and on-site event initiatives to build community engagement around our projects and increase attendance. Establish strategic brand partnerships that enrich our customers’ on-site experience and enhance our brand visibility, particularly for Royalmount and Quartier DIX30.
- Brand Development and Customer Experience: Ensure consistency of the Carbonleo brand across all communication channels and establish a strong identity for each project. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver an immersive and unforgettable customer experience, while identifying opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and coach the marketing team to excel in creative, branding and communications initiatives, leveraging the talents of each individual. Foster close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to align business and marketing objectives.
- Innovation and Creativity: Generate innovative ideas on an ongoing basis to diversify and energize our marketing offering, constantly adapting our strategies to emerging trends and changing customer needs.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum 10 years marketing experience, preferably in a retail, real estate or hospitality. Proven mastery of performance marketing, branding, events, events planning ,communications and customer experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present and share information throughout the organization and with shareholders.
- Analytical Skills and Results Orientation: Excellent ability to define clear objectives (KPIs) and rigorously monitor them, using analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Ability to Inspire and Innovate: Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box to provide unique and creative solutions to market challenges, while remaining aligned with Carbonleo’s vision.
