What is the opportunity?
Overall role is to meet all day-to-day deliverables – Create – distribute daily reconciliations and reports.
Needs to document procedures and process flows independently.
Internal Control, maintain the daily accounting and data consistency between the back-office systems (ICI Impact and ADP/BPS).
What will you do?
Manage the daily ICI cash reconciliations for multiple entities.
Impact exceptions resolution. The exception process must be monitored daily and resolved daily.
Responsible for the identification, investigation and resolution of System breaks between the ICI/Impact Sub-ledger and the ICI/Impact Management/ trading module.
Coordinate all updates and changes to the ICI/Impact RUST – Sub Ledger, including TAC creation, Depots and account –pointer mapping.
Daily review investigations and resolution of breaks in the internal control Wash accounts.
Manages projects related to accounting control and ICI/Impact.
Works with Finance groups and other Operation groups when needed to investigate and resolve issues.
Work to improve the control process for Operations and reduce Operational Risk
Update all related procedures and training process to support the team.
What you need to succeed?
Bachelor’s in accounting / Finance
1-2 years financial service experience
Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and Access
Strong understanding of Fixed Income products, including, Financing, MBS, Fixed and Floating Bonds.
Team player with strong communication skills and ability to train.
Detailed oriented and results driven.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to multitask between projects and daily work.
