Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and Etobicoke, ON based company to hire an Bilingual French NSF Collector. This will be a 3-month contract with the potential for an extension.

Benefits & Perks:

• Compensation: $25 to $30/hour.
• Please note, this role will be hybrid (3 times a week). Candidate must live in Ontario or Nova Scotia.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Identify customers with outstanding debts.
• Contact and track debtors, encouraging timely repayment.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries.
• Create and implement debt collection courses of action.
• Negotiate specific payment plan arrangements with debtors.
• Investigate discrepancies to resolve outstanding customer accounts.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual in French and English.
• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in Credit/Collections, Strong Customer Service, Call Center Environment and Account Receivable experience.
• Must have Banking Industry Experience.
