How You’ll Make An Impact
- Welcoming visitors to the shop, Manage phone calls, incoming or outgoing mails to the office
- Managing indirect procurement tool Ariba from demand to vendor payment, such as creating requisitions, Assist vendors with payment issues on IOL. Setting up vendors on Ariba (for future indirect procurement). Following up with acquiring vendor data
- Restock lunchroom and office supplies. Assess most used items and keep track of reorder point while being mindful of replenishment window.
- Create project reports for CSM to review and send to clients.
- Logistics support, Shipment request are received from CSMs, data is compiled, customs invoice is generated, transportation requests are sent out, carrier is chosen, and shipment is picked up
- Assist service center manager with the local events office requirement as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years’ experience with administration duties with good customer service skills
- Must adapt to fast-paced environment and be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn job specific tools such as SAP, OnePM, Ariba, HR tools etc.
- Experience working in an organization with a strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Quality.
- Occasional overtime work may be needed to support team as needed.
- Strong work ethic, pursuing excellence, and a high-quality standard with attention to detail.
