We are searching for a Physiotherapist with a shared vision and a drive to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic outpatient clinic. As a Clinical Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our clients regain their strength, mobility, and zest for life. You will need:

• Full or provisional registration with the appropriate provincial college
• At least 2 years of experience working with advanced care teams (WCB)
• The completion of advanced orthopedic courses is a strong asset
  
  
  

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing out-patient MSK injuries including, but not limited to, strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
• Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
• Delegating treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants
• Collaborating with the inter-professional team at your clinic
• Supervising Physiotherapy students (as preferred)
• Communicating with external stakeholders and client referral sources
• Managing caseload in a fast-paced environment
