We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Internal IT Administrator to provide remote desktop support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, a deep understanding of IT systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You will...
- Provide remote technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve computer problems, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software using our MDM platform.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
- Proven experience in providing remote technical support.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software. MacOS experience is required.
- Experience working with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
