What The Role Looks Like

As the Demand Generation Manager, you play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel awareness and mid-funnel engagement to meet our demand goals. You will develop and execute campaign strategies to generate qualified leads that meet our ICP and move them through the funnel, using insights from analytics to optimize performance. Collaborating with the marketing team and other stakeholders, you will deliver integrated campaigns across paid and owned channels to fuel demand and accelerate lead progression.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing digital marketing budget, campaign strategy and execution of media buys and programs to deliver planned campaign results.
  • Creating, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across paid and owned media (e.g. email, search ads, paid social, digital ads, landing pages) with a focus on lead generation and nurturing for our targeted enterprise and vertical industry segments, and prioritized personas.
  • Lead nurturing and pipeline building: developing campaigns and workflows to nurture leads and move them through the buyer journey, leveraging email marketing, content, and retargeting.
  • Campaign optimization and reporting: continuously analyzing and optimizing campaigns based on performance data, with demonstrated skills in A/B testing, audience analysis, and content and campaign asset analysis.
  • Cross functional collaboration: partnering with sales, creative, and content to create cohesive campaigns that meet lead generation goals and align with brand messaging and target audiences.

Who We’re Looking For

You're a talented and experienced Demand Generation Manager with 3 – 5 years of a proven track record delivering outstanding results that drive sales and revenue. You are looking for your next exciting role with a young FinTech company that is making a real difference removing payment obstacles between merchants and their customers, and where you can make a real impact.

You bring proven results in driving B2B marketing-led sales and revenue through a blend of creativity, analytics and optimization. Your expertise includes audience targeting, pipeline generation, and integrated campaign design across digital channels. With a strong foundation in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns, you excel at leveraging paid and owned media to drive demand accelerate lead conversion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in demand generation for enterprise SaaS or FinTech companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with pipeline creation goals.
  • Experience in marketing budget optimization, planning and reporting on all stages of the funnel.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to optimize marketing results and meet required targets.
  • Experience with SFDC reporting, strong comfort with hands-on campaign data analysis, and lead processes.
  • Proficient in marketing automation software (Eloqua) and GA4.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales motions and how marketing partners with sales to develop pipeline and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive planning and ensure flawless execution.
  • High levels of proficiency in written and verbal presentations, using Microsoft Office and other tools.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A self-starter driven by success with attention to detail.
  • Outside of the box thinking, someone who is not afraid to ask questions and look for new/different solutions.
