WHAT IS THE ROLE?
In this newly created role, reporting to the VP People & Culture, you will support employee engagement and develop communication strategies that support and positively impact Psycho Bunny’s business growth. You will lead the internal communication strategy, manage and develop communication platforms and practices and develop engaging content that tells a story
HOW WILL YOU DO IT?
- Write, edit, and disseminate communications to a diverse audience.
- Develop, lead, and implement internal communication plans and strategies.
- Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, change plans, impact assessment, training/sustainment strategies.
WHO YOU ARE
Your achievements:
- +8 years in employee communications or related fields. Retail experience is an asset.
- +3 years working with employee-based technology, such as internal websites or communication tools
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, or a related field or combination of education and experience.
- Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken & written)
- Tech-Savvy with AI Integration: Skilled in utilizing AI tools to enhance communication efficiency, including content generation, data analysis, and engagement insights, driving impactful employee communications.
- A clear sense of urgency to achieve results. A “can-do”, “let’s make it happen” attitude and a focus on a positive customer experience.
- A strong business acumen, understanding business priorities and the retail landscape.
- Confidence under pressure especially within tight timelines and within a fast-paced environment
- Highly adaptable, and strong collaborator
- Detail-oriented with effective organization and project management skills.
- Strategic and critical thinker with the ability to see the big picture and develop innovative communication strategies.
