Duties:

- Coordinate and manage the recruitment and hiring process for new employees
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Review resumes and applications, and conduct background checks as necessary
- Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, including contact details, employment history, and performance evaluations
- Assist with employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Address employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures
- Monitor employee attendance and timekeeping records

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
