We have an exciting opportunity to grow your career as a temporary Manager, HR Business Partnering (24-40). This position is based in Saskatoon and is expected to last for approximately 15 months.

The opportunity:
- Lead and manage a team of two HR Business Partners, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Partner with leaders to understand business goals and devise relevant HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Facilitate annual performance and talent management cycles, including leadership and employee coaching and training.
- Work closely with HR Partners to develop tailored solutions for business-specific requirements and solve complex talent challenges.
- Analyze HR metrics, workforce data, and industry trends to develop actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management. A combination of relevant experience will be considered.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
- A professional HR designation such as Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) is considered an asset.
