Job responsibilities:

• Processing of branch accounts payables and receivables.
• Support the Health and Safety team by
• Provide our customers with request of insurance and WCB clearance certificate.
• Keep up to date insurance and WCB clearances certificates for all sub-contractors.
• Ensure each technician is holding valid licences and certifications, and coordinate licence update when needed as required (i.e., Fall arrest, first aid, confine spaces etc..).
• Participates in the daily branch administration:
• Obtain service call information.
• Order office, breakroom, and bathroom supplies.
• Order business cards and sales support items as requested.
• Order Uniforms for technicians.
• Complete Service and repairs quotes.
• Complete Service and Repairs costing and invoicing preparation.
• Processing of weekly payroll for technicians and office.
• Send project paperwork for booking, order materials for projects and send out closeout documentation upon project completion.
• Complete purchase orders and prepare them for the technicians.
• Additional tasks as required.
