Your job:



  • Participate in defining strategic directions and be on the lookout for market best practices in terms of risk, advice and customer service with a view to multi-channel strategy.

  • Develop strategies, in conjunction with various business partners, to achieve the financial performance targets of the business plan.

  • Ensure healthy team management by creating a mobilizing climate.

  • Ensure the evolution of your employees and the development of their skills through personalized coaching.

  • Act as a transformation leader by managing change proactively and effectively with your employees.

  • Act as an active leader in the evolution and transformation of Business Flex Solutions.


 


Your team : 


Within the Business Flex sector, you are part of a team of 108 colleagues and you report to the Senior manager. Our team stands out for its expertise in serving SMEs, for its agility in change, for its fun atmosphere and above all for collaboration. 


Our team serves SME clients remotely, across Canada, and our opening hours extend from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday. 


We favor a variety of forms of continuous learning to enrich your development, in particular learning in action and working in collaboration with colleagues with diverse expertise and profiles.


 


Prerequisites:



  • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and 10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of business banking products and services.

  • Experience in sales team management and coaching.

  • Relevant experience in a business advisory role.

  • Experience in business development.

  • Excellent leadership and change management skills.

  • Strong capacity for influence and mobilization.

  • Demonstrate autonomy and initiative.

  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment

  • Fluency in French is an asset.

  • The selected candidate will work in hybrid mode and will be required to travel to different regions of Canada (approximately 10-15% of the time).
