We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the enhancement and standardization of clinical processes by leveraging your analytical skills and expertise in healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of current business requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with clinical professionals to extract valuable insights for the formulation and optimization of clinical standards.
- Design and facilitate workshops aimed at validating existing requirements and identifying new business and IT requirements, including performing gap analyses.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and solutions, such as workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials, to facilitate the adoption of clinical standards.
- Perform detailed analyses of business and client needs to support the implementation and execution of the clinical standardization initiative, recommending solutions to meet specified objectives and monitoring their success.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure the efficient delivery and implementation of the clinical standardization project, including crafting effective communication strategies for all stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in process documentation and workflow design.
- Ability to perform gap analyses and develop business requirements.
- Familiarity with clinical standards and healthcare operational procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis or a closely related field.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical standards and healthcare operations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an aptitude for team collaboration.
