Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative computer systems aimed at addressing critical management, scientific, and business challenges. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project objectives, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and articulate statements addressing management, scientific, and business challenges.
  • Establish and implement procedures for the development and execution of new or modified computer systems.
  • Define, document, and communicate clear project objectives and budgetary requirements.
  • Lead the project through its various phases, including development, implementation, and operational start-up.
  • Ensure all necessary resources from relevant service areas are made available throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide ongoing updates regarding project progress to stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Evaluate proposed computer systems for technical feasibility, functional adequacy, and estimated implementation costs.
  • Engage in discussions with program managers and relevant officials to present and solve identified problems.
  • Prepare plans, charts, tables, and diagrams to facilitate problem analysis and presentation.
