Our Alberta based client is looking for a Personal Benefits Consultant to join their team in Alberta. A great opportunity for a passionate customer support/inside sales professionals with 3+ years of experience! The ideal candidate will be someone who can understand the needs of prospective clients to align the best possible individual health and dental benefits plan to meet their needs.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

  • Driving increased market share through consistently achieving/exceeding sales results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport and trust with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develops customer insight to align the appropriate solution to best serve the needs of the client.
  • Developing a strong corporate and personal brand through integrity, follow up and delivering on customer commitments.
  • Execute all required administrative requirements to create and process contracts.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure we deliver the ultimate experience for our clients.
  • Collaborate and pro-actively engage with management and peers to execute on sales and customer expectation.
  • Engages management in coaching sessions to develop skills and competencies enabling the achievement of KPI’s.
  • Proactively creates and executes a personal development plan approved and supported by management.
  • Consistently meet customer commitments and follow up requirements
  • Works closely with management, peers and supporting stakeholders to deliver on the organizations’ vision.
  • Act in the best interests of the company, customers and community – ethics code, policies, procedures, accountability, legislation

Your strengths include:

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 Years of Sales Experience
  • Formal Sales Training (repeatable sales process and associated competencies)
  • Applicable Industry Licensing (A&S, Life) and preferred CEBS designation
  • Excellent sales competencies, including time management, solution development, closing and negotiations, and communication.
