The bigger picture 

We’re looking for a temporary  Business Solutions Specialist to join our Member Contact Centre CAFT team in Regina or Moosomin for up to a 12-month term. Your primary responsibility will be supporting our members business needs as it pertains to the Customer Automated Funds Transfer (CAFT) application. 

How you’ll be spending your time 

  •  Supporting the financial success of our business members
  •  Implementing CAFT solutions and providing day to day technical support including all new CAFT set up's
  •  Answering and directing all incoming communication regarding CAFT
  •  Supporting Virtual Business Advisor and Business Advisor teams with administrative, reporting and technical support as needed
  •  Mitigating risk to business members and Conexus by identifying potential fraudulent activity
  • Developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships

The experience you bring 

  •  At least 2 years’ experience in the financial industry with demonstrated business acumen
  •  Previous experience in member-based financial advising  
  • CAFT experience is considered an asset

Salary Range: 

$55,180 - $68,980 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
