We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Manager to join our National & Strategic Accounts Department. The National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within targeted National Account verticals, serving as the central point of contact for national projects and service inquiries. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for customer service and business growth.

What You Will Accomplish With Us
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the targeted National Accounts.
- Serve as the central point of contact for national projects and service inquiries.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Coordinate and collaborate with various teams across Canada to address client needs and drive business growth within strategic accounts.
- Work closely with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, and branch teams, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience for strategic accounts in each of their serviceable locations.
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for expanding business within strategic accounts, including cross-selling and upselling products or services.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize account potential and achieve business growth targets.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Monitor the performance of strategic accounts and analyze key performance indicators.
- Identify trends, recommend solutions, and implement strategies to improve account performance and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably within a national or large-scale business environment.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and internal teams.
