We are looking for an Acquisition Integration Manager to join BrokerLink and work out of one of our offices in Alberta on a full time basis.

• Responsible for the successful integration of acquisitions.

• Acquisition announcement to new offices – virtual/hands on
• Manager support:
• Setting up with a BrokerLink Branch Champion
• Training for Epic, Epic Reports, PowerBI, UltiPro
• BrokerLink initiatives info:
• Employee Appreciation Day
• Shout out

• Liaison to Directors, Teams, Branch Managers and Branch Champions
• Contact on Company Acquisition Letters

• Telephony Update to UC (TC2/TC3)
• Broker codes/sanctions
• Vendor Notifications
• Book Rollovers

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related management work experience
• Minimum 5 years Insurance Industry Experience
• Knowledge of agile methodology and design-thinking methodology in an asset
• Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders across the company
• Proven track record of successful implementation of projects and managing team effectiveness
• Passionate: Inspiring and engaging people, you can effectively manage large projects
• You rely on others’ candid feedback for continuous improvement
• You are always looking to drive towards the next innovation that can change the broker and customer experience
• You convert strategy into action, you have personable, effective, and confident manner with the ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders
• You thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, ever-evolving environment
