The Sales Support Specialist role is one where continuous learning can lead to growth. Working with regional sales teams and carrier partners, the Sales Support Specialist will deliver excellence in event organization but will also learn about a variety of products allowing them to provide valuable insights and tailored assistance to assigned Advisors where needed. The Sales Support Specialist will also work with the RVP to identify Advisors that may be ready to grow their practice with our support.

What You’ll Do

  • Working with various regional sales team members, organize events and seminars in region and coordinate with Sales Resource Team for promotion of events.
  • Provide LifeGuide quotes to brokers.
  • Provide simple carriers quotes when requested.
  • Provide rated quotes where needed.
  • Manage preliminary inquires.
  • Provide guidance on HUBLINK usage and navigation.
  • Connect Advisors with their circle of support.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

What You’ll Need For Success

  • 1 – 2 years experience in sales/marketing/ or administrative capacity.
  • Preferred post-secondary qualification (diploma or university degree).
  • Strong organize and event planning skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and most online meeting platforms.
  • Willingness to commit to higher industry education (CFP, IFIC, CSI etc.)
