As an HR Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing guidance on a wide range of Human Resources matters and will work closely with senior leaders to understand their business strategies and priorities, and develop Human Resources solutions to support their goals.

What Will You Do?

  • With a service mindset, build collaborative relationships across stakeholder groups
  • Provide strategic consultation and HR advice to clients
  • Support senior leadership in the interpretation of policies, procedures, directives and legislation
  • Develop presentations and reporting for department and branch leadership teams
  • Gather, analyze, interpret and present HR analytics Draft documentation such as project charters, standard operating procedures and briefings
  • Support projects, participate in working groups and support corporate-level projects and initiatives
  • Perform other related duties as required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration or related field
  • Experience in the areas of Human Resources, organizational development, strategy, issues management, planning and coordination, and project management
  • Experience managing and supporting complex human resources projects that require strong leadership, initiative, and change management

  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, written, verbal and facilitation skill s
  • Experience applying project management principles and tools
  • Recognized organizational change management experience, which emphasizes the people side of change
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic networks, alliances and partnerships and work in a collaborative and integrated manner
  • Ability to analyze and integrate information from multiple sources to form a comprehensive perspective
  • Ability to achieve results, take initiative and be flexible and responsive to changing priorities and circumstances
  • Ability to work effectively with senior levels of the organization and all operating areas

Hours of Work: 36.9 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Salary Range: $76,660 - $109,514 (Annually)
