The main role of the Document Control Clerk is responsible for tracking and processing company and project related documents. This role is a critical component in managing risk and will help ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manages risk in the vendor enrollment process by reviewing documents received for compliance with policies.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure their enrollment into our system is completed within 2 days and answer questions that may arise.
- Verify and process all vendor change requests that are received.
- Work with operations to issue all required subcontract agreements in accordance with our policies, ensuring proper authorization levels and signatures are obtained.
- Track outstanding subcontract agreements and report on status to ensure all contracts are signed within 7 days of issuance.
- Cross-trained with the Risk Analyst role to provide support in our insurance and bonding processes.
- Cross-trained with the Expense Administrator role to provide support for processing employee expenses.
- Complete quarterly audit of our active vendor listing.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager, Operational Accounting
- 1-3 years relevant work experience in Document Control, Administration or Accounting
- Construction industry experience is considered an asset.
