Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a talent for organization and project coordination? CBCL is looking for an Administrative Assistant to be an essential part of our daily operations in our Moncton office. In this role, you'll handle a range of responsibilities ensuring smooth office operations to support our engineering and project teams. If you enjoy streamlining processes and excel in both client service and document preparation, we'd love to hear from you!


Your Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for the reception and office administration duties in the Moncton branch office including, but not limited to:

  • Greeting the public in person and on the phone;
  • Formatting and preparation of letters, reports and proposals;
  • Tracking proposals, project filing, project support, and archiving;
  • Organizing and booking travel for staff; and
  • Other general office duties as required.


Your Capabilities and Credentials:

  • Experience in formatting and preparation of professional documents;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills;
  • Highly professional demeanor with emphasis on client service;
  • A college diploma or office management course would be an asset but not required.
