Location: Halifax, Canada (On-site - Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Business Developer Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in promoting our brand and driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. As a Marketing Agent, you will leverage analytical skills to understand consumer behavior, identify market trends, and craft compelling messages that resonate with our target audience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
• Analyze marketing data to assess effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Agent or similar position.

• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
