YOUR IMPACT

As the Principal Product Manager, B2B Integration, you will be responsible for leading the development and evolution of our integration solutions, specifically tailored for the retail industry. You will focus on creating products that simplify complex B2B transactions, improve supply chain collaboration, and enable retailers to adapt to the dynamic market environment. This role requires deep domain knowledge in retail supply chains, experience in B2B integration, and a strong strategic vision to drive product success.

What The Role Offers

Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Define the product vision and strategy for retail-specific B2B integration solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap based on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to drive product innovation and establish the retail platform as a market leader.
  • Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
    • Lead the end-to-end product development process, including ideation, requirement gathering, prioritization, and execution.
    • Collaborate with Engineering to translate business and technical requirements into well-defined product features and user stories.
    • Ensure timely delivery of features and products that meet the needs of retail customers and support business objectives.
  • Customer & Market Research:
    • Conduct in-depth research on retail industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs in B2B integration.
    • Partner with customers and retail industry leaders to understand pain points, collect feedback, and validate product concepts.
    • Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead of market developments and ensure our solutions offer a clear competitive advantage.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure product alignment and successful go-to-market execution.
    • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that product decisions are informed by direct input from retailers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
    • Support Sales and Marketing teams in developing product positioning, messaging, and collateral that resonate with retail customers.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership:
    • Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, retail supply chain innovations, and B2B integration best practices.
    • Drive innovation in the B2B retail integration space by identifying and exploring new opportunities for product enhancements and partnerships.
    • Serve as an internal and external thought leader, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
Experience

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on B2B integration, supply chain management, or retail technology.
  • Strong background in developing SaaS or cloud-based solutions for retail businesses, particularly in supply chain, inventory management, or order fulfillment.
  • Experience working with large retailers, suppliers, and logistics providers to address integration challenges and optimize B2B processes.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in B2B integration standards, such as EDI, APIs, and middleware technologies.
    • Deep understanding of retail supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting.
    • Ability to synthesize complex technical and business requirements into compelling product solutions.
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • Bonus Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with retail ERP systems, POS solutions, or supply chain management software.Experience with Agile product development methodologies and working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
